We are looking for a dynamic and experienced manager to lead our Kathmandu office. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's operations, with a focus on marketing IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets for marketing IT solutions.
- Recruit, lead, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to guide the branch's offerings.
- Provide leadership in the development and execution of marketing strategies for our technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and take corrective actions.
- Report on branch performance, including sales, marketing campaigns, and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the market.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's degree preferred)
- 3 years of experience in marketing and technology, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing technology solutions, including software, analytics, and automation.
- Financial management and budgeting skills.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging technologies.
